I choose to work with a small group of clients to ensure I deliver the values of Katie Terrington Private Travel. Creating inspiring experiences, that enable connection, whilst delivering an intuitive service.

My standard planning fee is £500 per week for designed itineraries, based on two people travelling. This planning fee can vary depending on the destination, complexity and duration of the trip. This will be discussed with you before we start the planning process.

I will schedule an initial complimentary 30 minute call/Zoom consultation. During the consultation we will discuss what you are looking to do and I will ask you questions about your previous travel experiences, what you love to do, what you value whilst you are away and why.

Once we agree to work together, I will start working on creative ideas and options for you. The planning process is not linear, and we will work on what you are looking to do until it is perfect.

I am here to ensure the travel process is as easy for you as possible. I can be contacted by phone, video, email or WhatsApp during the working week.

Before you travel, I will provide you with my local supplier’s contact details who will be available 24/7 whilst you are away. I encourage you to contact them first whilst you're traveling. That being said, I am always available during the daytime hours throughout your trip.

Absolutely! I can book flights as part of a package in the UK through my ATOL bonding (7514) and internationally under my IATA licence (91-2 0005 6). For most destinations, there is a 10% fare surcharge which covers the service of my in-house flights team who handle any changes and cancellations on your behalf.

If you prefer to handle your own flights, that is no problem at all. Please note that you will be responsible for any changes or cancellations.
